Source Browser does not appear

Source Browser window does not appear.

Choose [View] > [Source Browser] to display the Source Browser window. If the problem still remains, choose [View] > [Window Layout] > [Initialize].

If initializing window layout is not helpful, attempt to delete setting file by seeing "Application window does not appear" FAQ.
