Sending e-mail was temporarily outage on eID

Dear valued Grass Valley customers,

We experienced outage of sending e-mail on eID by a trouble. It occurred during below time window:

10:30pm May 22 to 2:00am May 23 (EST)
3:30am May 23 to – 7:00am May 23 (UTC)
12:30pm May 23 to 4:00pm May 23 (JST)

If you did below during the time window, you will not be able to complete the taken action. Solution depends on the taken action:

Taken action	Solution
Create a new eID	1) Visit eID web site 2) Enter your ID (e-mail address) and password 3) Click Resend code 4) You will receive the verification code. Complete definitive registration
Reset password	Visit eID web site then click ‘Forgot your password?’
Download trial version	Log into eID then open license list
