Update – EDIUS / Mync installers are temporarily offline

Dear valued Grass Valley customers,

Regarding the issue of inappropriately handling of modules used within EDIUS and Mync, we are now updating the status as beow:

Any build of EDIUS 11 and X	Upgrade to below build EDIUS 11.22.18731 EDIUS 10.35.18733 For Chorus Hub / EDIUS Hub ecosystem, also upgrade the hub server
EDIUS 9.51.5619 or later stand-alone editor	Investigation is ongoing
Mync Basic / Standard 10.xx	Upgrade to 10.35.18733
Mync Basic / Standard 1.7x	Investigation is ongoing
XRE Server 9 / XRE Transcoder 9	Investigation is ongoing
EDIUS / Mync Trial version	Fixed trial versions is available
