As of Jan 29, 2025, we have confirmed that registration key file (response.key) may nor not generated without any errors during license activation/deactivation in offline mode. If you encounter this problem, try below steps:

1) Open Task Manager then go to the Processes tab.

2) Right-click on “GV License Agent (32bit)” then select [End task] context menu.

3) Navigate to the folder where stores offline activation/deactivation files.

4) Re-launch GVActivation.exe/GVDeactivation.exe then start activation/deactivation again.
