EDIUS project file compatibility

EDIUS is backwards-compatible with project files created with ‘-1’ earlier version of EDIUS. EDIUS won’t reject loading a project file created with ‘-2’ or more earlier version of EDIUS. However, EDIUS project handling design only considers loading current version or project created with ‘-1’ earlier version of EDIUS
On the other, EDIUS doesn’t have upper-compatible with project file. For example, a prjoect file created with EDIUS 11 cannot be loaded in EDIUS X or earlier versions
