When you encounter EDIUS / Mync license issue, GV tech support may ask providing license information report file. In this case, follow below steps:
Applicable licenses
All version of EDIUS later than EDIUS 6.5 / Elite / Neo 3.5
All option licenses
Mync
XRE Server / XRE Transcoder
Procedure
1) Open GV License Manager (select User Support > Create System Report… context menu) from the notification tray at the bottom right of the desktop of the workstation.
2) ‘Save’ dialog will appear. Select the destination then click [Save].

NOTE: 2. Do NOT change the file name. If you need to create multiple files, add a prefix before the file name. |
