Way to retrieve EDIUS serial number

I would like to know my EDIUS serial number. How I can do it?

If the situation satisfies either one below, you will be able to retrieve part of or full EDIUS serial number by your self

1. License is being listed in GV License Manager : Part of serial number can be confirmed

2. License is being linked to eID : Full serial number can be confirmed

#1:

1) Open GV License Manager (select License List context menu) from the notification tray at the bottom right of the desktop of the workstation.

2) Right-click on the license that you want to confirm then select Confirm part of serial number….

3) 6 digit number and First four alphabets will appear. Note down it.

4) lick [OK] then close the license list.

5) Create system report instead of taking step#1 to #4 – details here

1) Visit eID web site then log in.

2) In the left-pane, click License List.

3) Product name and serial number that is/are being linked to eID will appear. Note down it.

– When you contact to technical support regarding license issue, send noted down product name and serial number.

– If you cannot take both ways, there is no way to retrieve the serial number. Confirm purchased serial number.

– Serial number cannot be retrieved from computer name. Because GV License Manager does not manage computer name.
