This knowledge base article describes improvements to the EDIUS system report creation feature

From EDIUS 11.51.21463, EDIUS system report file can be created in three levels. They are for getting more information or reducing taken time to create the report file.

Procedure

Below is the new system report creation UI. Output Level selection is now added.

1) Select output level.

2) Click [Create System Report].

3) Select destination – Do NOT change the file name.

4) Click [Save].

NOTE:
Generally, please use “Standard” when initially gathering information as the “Couchbase SyncGateway logs” is not required for almost all cases – if the information is required, GV tech support will ask you selecting ‘Full’ option.
On subsequent gathering of report files in same machine, you may use “Lite” to gather information faster.
