Replace to another eID

I no longer want to use current eID. How I can replace to another eID?

You can replace to another ID in eID My account page. Follow the steps below:

NOTE: Do NOT create new ID (replacement target) in advance

1. Visit eID web page then open My account page.

2. Current ID information will appear. Click [Update].

3. Fill out all required fields.

4. Click [Update].

5. Log out from eID page.

6. Log into eID page with replaced eID.

7. When starting EDIUS next time, eID log in may appear. Enter new ID and password then click [Log in].

NOTE:

– Password for old ID is transferred to new ID.
– Trial version cannot be replaced to another eID as designed
