Firstly, open failed job properties and confirm appeared error code. Because cause and required action depends on appeared error as below:

1) Select Settings > System Settings > Importer / Exporter > Speech to text. 2) Copy appeared file path then paste it to File Explorer. Confirm if the location is accessible. 3) Download model file – details here |
| 0x8784006B | Download and install latest graphic driver – ‘vulkan-1.dll’ required module may have been lost or corrupted. Install the graphic driver to reinstall this module. |
