Required Windows module was not found error appears while EDIUS installation

EDIUS 9 requires d3dcompiler_47.dll component if you install EDIUS in Windows 7 SP1 environment. There are following two ways to install the component.
Obtain the latest update (recommended)
Obtain the latest update from Windows Update
Install stand-alone package
Go to the Microsoft Update Catalog website to get the stand-alone package of Monthly Rollup.
