EDIUS / Mync can work by successful of license validation on starting every time. If you upgrade PC component like system drive, motherboard and / or GPU, current license will no longer work. GV License Manager does not have capability of transferring the license. Deactivate the license then reactivate it after the upgrade.
 
Prerequisite
A PC should be operable before upgrading PC component. Windows and GV License Manager should be operable. If either one or both are inoperable, contact to regional tech support along with your serial numbers. Because, returning the licenses is required.  
 
Procedure

1) Deactivate all licenses in GV License Manager 

2) Upgrade PC component

3) Take required action due to your situation

4) Run EDIUS.

5) Enter the eID and password then click [Log in]
