Procedure to pause/resume the EH (EDIUS Hub) services is vary depending on EDIUS build

Stop GV Render Engine

In EDIUS 11 and EDIUS 10.31.8487 or later, firstly stop GV Render Engine:

1) Right-click on GV Render Engine icon on taskbar notification area 

2) Select Pause menu

Once stopped, go to next section.

Stop and restart the EH services

In EDIUS 10.30.8291 or earlier, below is only required. In EDIUS 11 and EDIUS 10.31.8487 or later, both stopping GV Render Engine and below are required

1) Open Windows Task Manager then go to [Services] tab

2) Right-click on all EH**** services then select [Stop]

3) Confirm if the status has been changed to Stopped

4) Right-click on each EH**** services then select [Start]

5) Confirm if the status has been changed to Running

Restart GV Render Engine

1) Right-click on GV Render Engine icon on taskbar notification area

2) Select Start menu

Confirm running of required services and processes 

1) Start EDIUS application

2) Right-click on GV Render Engine icon on taskbar notification area

3) Ensure that Pause menu is selectable 

4) Open Task Manager then go to [Services] tab

5) Confirm that all EH**** services are listed and they have “Running” status

6) Go to Processes in the Task Manager then go to Background processes tree pane

7) Confirm below processes are listed
