If EDIUS detects that failing to start or not found required service, below error may appear

Required service not found {Service name that was not found}

Failed to start services {Service name that failed to start}

Precaution
Confirm if any job is queued or ongoing in GV Job Monitor. If exists, in worst case, it may be lost

Troubleshoot on not found the services 

1) Open Task Manager then go to [Services]

2) Confirm that below EH services. If all services exist, jump to Troubleshoot on fails starting the EH services section

EHApiGatewayService
EHApplicationHost
EHAssetStore
EHConfigStore
EHIdentityService
EHMessageService
EHRenderService
EHSyncService

3) If any service is not listed, restart the OS

4) Repeat step #1 and #2. If the required services are listed, confirm if required processes are also running – details here 

5) If any service is still not listed, reset EDIUS Hub – details here 

Troubleshoot on fails starting the EH services

1. Try to resume and restart required services and process – details here  

2. If Microsoft ASP.NET Core 6.0.16 – Shared Framework (x64) is being installed, it may block correct working of EH services. Confirm if you can see above in Apps & features. If installed, remove it for narrow down – details here
