GV License Manager requires https access for license activation, deactivation or license validation. Ensure that all required settings have been configured. Follow the steps below:

Activate TLS 1.2

1) Press Win + R to open Run command box.

2) Type inetcpl.cpl then click [OK].

3) Internet Properties will appear. Go to [Advanced].

4) Scroll down the tree pane to Security.

5) Tick Use TLS 1.2.

6) Click [Apply] then [OK]

Access to license & eID web site
Confirm that EDIUS / Mync installed PC can access to license & eID web site. Required confirmation is vary depending on EDIUS version and edition. See below matrix

1) Visit the FlexNet portal site(https://activation1.grassvalley.com) in web browser
2) If below screen appears, close the window

3) Visit eID web site (https://ediusid1.grassvalley.com)in web browser and confirm if you can log into eID my account page. Once confirmed, close the web browser

Delete cache file

If the issue still remains, try to clear the cache by following steps:

1) Press Win + R to open Run command box.

2) Type inetcpl.cpl then click [OK].

3) Internet Properties will appear. Go to [General].

4) In Browsing history pane, click [Delete].

5) Only tick Temporary Internet files then click [Delete].

6) Click [Apply] > [OK].

7) Restart the OS.

8) Try to visit the web sites.
