Follow below steps to use IE mode in the Microsoft Edge:

Prerequisite

Ensure that ‘Use TLS 1.2’ is being activated in Internet Properties – details here
   

Configure Microsoft Edge

1) Run Microsoft Edge then press Alt + F key and select Settings.

2) In the left-pane, select Default browser.

3) In Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode (IE mode), select [Allow] . If [Restart] appears, click it.

4) Click [Add] .

5) In the box enter https://activation1.grassvalley.com then click [Add] .

6) Repeat step#4 & #5 to add https://ediusid1.grassvalley.com

7) Close settings.

8) Enter each URL in Microsoft Edge address text box. 

9) Confirm if the portal page appears and “You’re in Internet Explorer mode…” appears.

10) Close the browser

NOTE: The portal site will be deregistered automatically after 30 days of registration. In this case, re-register the site by same steps.
