GV License Manager requires https access for license activation, deactivation or license validation. Ensure that required settings is being turned on. Follow below steps:

1) Press Win + R to open Run command box

2) Type inetcpl.cpl then click [OK]

3) Internet Properties will appear. Go to [Advanced]

4) Scroll down the tree pane to Security

5) Tick Use TLS 1.2

6) Click [Apply] then [OK]

Once configured, visit the FlexNet portal site(https://activation1.grassvalley.com) with Internet Explorer. If you can see the log-on screen of the site, above setting succeeds. Close the browser
