GV License Manager requires https access for license activation, deactivation or license validation. Ensure that all required settings have been configured. Follow the steps below:

Activate TLS 1.2

1) Press Win + R to open Run command box.

2) Type inetcpl.cpl then click [OK].

3) Internet Properties will appear. Go to [Advanced].

4) Scroll down the tree pane to Security.

5) Tick Use TLS 1.2.

6) Click [Apply] then [OK]

Once completed, configure Microsoft Edge then visit FlexNet portal and eID web page in the Edge. If Flexnet log in and eID screen appears, above steps successfully.
