Job monitor or GV Job Monitor screen randomly becomes blank

If the issue still remains, try below troubleshooting in numerical order:

1. Active the monitor window that became to black or white then press f.5 key to refresh the screen.

2. Confirm if GVRender Engine icon is staying on Task bar notification area. If not, double-click below program:

EDIUS 11: C:\Program Files\Grass Valley\EDIUS 11\EHRenderEngine.exe
EDIUS X: C:\Program Files\Grass Valley\EDIUS X\EHRenderEngine.exe
If you double-click above program, follow the steps below to make sure correct running of EH Render worker:
1) Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc key to start Task Manager.
2) Select Processes > Background processes.
3) Confirm that EDIUS Rendering Engine appears. Also make sure that GVRender Engine is running.

3. Restart EH services including GV Render Engine – details here

4. Delete render service files by running the attached tool – to get the tool, click here

5. Reset Chorus Hub / EDIUS Hub – knowledge base depends on EDIUS version:
